Hon. Members’ Privileges Committee
This committee is vested the powers to question any officer who have broken the privileges of the Hon. Members of the council. It has the powers to enter any premises regarding these matters.

* When a proposal given by a member of the council is ignored by the officers, they should be questioned by the provincial council meetings or the committee
* The recommendations taken recommendations should be sent to the related provincial Minister.
